School lunch orders

Bellevue Hill Public School does not have an onsite canteen. Students may order their lunch from Botany Bites who offer healthy, affordable food options, catering for all dietary requirements and will deliver lunch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

Botany Bites Catering is a family-run catering business based in Banksmeadow who are passionate about food and providing great tasting school meals to local schools. They have a Fresh Food philosophy which is simply using real food, which is cooked, prepared and packed fresh, daily.

How to Order

Our school uses Flexischools for online lunch orders. Download the app today or visit the website.

Sushi orders must be placed before 11.59 pm the day before, all other orders must be placed before 8.30 am the same day. All items can also be ordered in advanced.

Cancellation Procedure

Should you ever need to cancel orders that have already been placed with Flexischools, the process should be as follows:

If cancelling prior to delivery day:

Visit www.flexischools.com.au – log into your account, access your order and nominate to cancel it. This can be done up until Midnight of the day prior to delivery.

If cancelling on the day of delivery:

Please call Botany Bites on PH: 9666 1799 by 9.00 am. You must speak to them directly in order to ensure that the order has been cancelled and funds can be credited to your account.
